Clipper Rewards

coming soon

Make short-form clips that pump a coin's awareness and volume — get paid in that coin's own tokens. Every coin on slop can run its own rewards pool; we provide the rails (pools, attribution, payouts, transparency) and earn only our usual trade fee on the volume you drive. This is the viral engine of slop.

How it works

  1. 1
    Creator funds a pool

Any coin can have a rewards pool, funded in that coin — the creator buys from the curve and deposits, or optionally routes a publicly-disclosed slice of supply into the pool contract at launch (never a hidden bag; the creator can't withdraw it).

  2. 2
    Clippers make content

Register with your wallet, then post clips (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / X) tagged to the coin with your referral code. Your content drives awareness and trades.

  3. 3
    Views → score

Attribution is views/engagement-based, scored each epoch (weekly). At epoch close the pool budget is split pro-rata across eligible clips for that coin.

  4. 4
    Claim on-chain

Payouts are claimable by your wallet via a merkle distributor — one root per pool per epoch, you claim with a proof. Non-custodial, like everything on slop.

The guardrails

Transparent by default

Pool address + size, the payout formula, the epoch leaderboard, and payout history are all public on the coin's token page. No hidden allocations.

Anti-fraud is the point

Verified social accounts (one wallet per account), minimum view thresholds, dedupe of re-uploads/near-duplicates, per-clipper payout caps, and an escrow delay + clawback for fraud.

Content, not shilling

You're paid for content performance — not for telling anyone to buy. Clippers must disclose they're compensated (FTC-style #ad). No 'make money buying tokens' messaging, ever.

Our cut is unchanged

The platform still just earns its trade fee on the volume your clips drive — so we want this frictionless. No platform token; these are each coin's own tokens.

Status: design stage. Phase 0 runs as off-chain points (no token); on-chain per-coin pools and payouts come after a legal review — creators paying for promotion in their own coin has real regulatory texture (promo disclosure, securities questions for the coin), and slop is rails, not the issuer. Nothing here is live yet.
